Highlights from last year include the CMO panel where APIs and improved Carrier/Broker connectivity were discussed, conversations about greater strategic expectations on both sides of the Carrier/Broker partnership, and a renewed understanding that the challenge with lead management was not in driving volume but with engaging and nurturing the right leads.
Fast forward to 2020 and so much has changed but yet so many of the same opportunities and challenges remain.
